About the role:
· You will be the restaurant’s expert on wine while ensuring a five-star service to our patrons.
· We are seeking a thorough professional who is adept at new wine trends and makes recommendations with confidence and passion
· As a Sommelier, you will delight our guests by helping them choose the best wine to complete meal experiences.
· You will be responsible of creating and updating the wine list in coordination with the F&B Manager, as well as ensuring all beverages are stored securely.
· You will share your knowledge through informative training of the outlet team members and management
- Prior experience as a Sommelier would be preferable.
- A vast knowledge of wine, and the willingness to learn
A strong background in front-of-house roles
A knowledge of the wine-making process, as well as the regions of different types of wine
Proven understanding of the order of service and the running of a fine-dining restaurant
Customer-focused approach with excellent customer service skills
