Residente Manager Awasi Torres del Paine

Awasi is a collection of three carbon-neutral all inclusive lodges that offer private programmes in some of Chile and Argentina's most iconic destinations: the Atacama Desert, Torres del Paine and Iguazu Falls.

We are proud to be one of the 580 members of Relais & Châteaux, an association of worldwide independent hotel and restaurant owners.

The residente manager is the person in charge of the daily operation of the hotel within Awasi and Relais & Chateaux standards, in order to create memorable moments for all of our guests.

• Extensive and proven experience as a hotel manager in a luxury hospitality environment is essential
• Comprehensive knowledge of all operational areas within a high-end hotel is required
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory
• Fluency in English is crucial, with advanced proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Exceptional management and leadership skills are imperative, with a demonstrated ability to guide and motivate teams
• Willingness and ability to relocate and reside in Torres del Paine, Chile, is a non-negotiable requirement for this position
