We are excited to invite applications from experienced Supervisors who are passionate about food service, have a keen eye for detail, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional 5-star service. This is an opportunity to join and lead our team in the Food and Beverage department, both The Falls Restaurant and Brasserie.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Training and supervising team members, fostering a cohesive team environment.
- Managing stock levels and placing orders as required.
- Ensuring thedepartment and its team are fully prepared for each service.
- Warmly greeting customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Providing detailed menu information and addressing guest inquiries.
- Organizing and fulfilling booking requirements for individuals and larger parties.
- Maintaining adherence to official standards of hygiene, service, and licensing regulations.
- Promptly reporting any maintenance or repair needs related to buildings, furniture, or equipment.

As a member of our supervisory management team, candidates must possess essential experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- Proven track record in a similar supervisory role.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Comprehensive expertise in Food and Beverages, encompassing service standards, hygiene protocols, quality presentation, and beverage knowledge.
- Ability to consistently exceed guest expectations and inspire the team to do the same.
- Proficiency in motivating, training, leading, and developing team members.
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork.
- Fluent proficiency in both oral and written English.
The place
Sheen Falls Lodge is a member of Relais & Chateaux and since opening in 1991 has received many prestigious Awards and Accolades. We are looking for an individual that will help us not only maintain our standard but improve upon it.
