We are seeking a Villa Supervisor & Maslina Guest Ambassador—a vital role that ensures our most exclusive accommodations operate at the highest standard.

This is a leadership-by-example position designed for a hospitality professional who can balance high-level guest relations with the hands-on operational management of our private villas.

What You Will Be Doing

Villa Operations & Management:

  • Butler Service: Acting as a dedicated Butler for Villa guests, handling all service requirements with calm and discretion.

  • Supervision: Assisting the Villa Manager in daily operations and overseeing the workflow when the manager is off-site.

  • Property Care: Ensuring all indoor and outdoor villa areas (including pools and paths) are immaculate. You will coordinate with Housekeeping for cleaning/turndown and inspect the villas personally.

  • Technical Tasks: Performing software operations, including check-ins, check-outs, room reservations, billing adjustments, and key activation.

  • Inventory: Managing minibar orders and conducting monthly inventories for all villa items.

Guest Engagement (The Ambassador Role):

  • Personalized Hosting: Reviewing guest history and preferences to coordinate pre-arrival setups (pillow menus, scents, welcome amenities, and kids' setups).

  • Direct Connection: Serving as the primary contact for Villa guests throughout their stay and maintaining connections during the winter season to foster loyalty.

  • Creating Moments: Crafting spontaneous "little touches" such as cooling towels, signature cocktails, or curated music/scents tailored to the guest’s rhythm.

  • Issue Resolution: Detecting potential issues before they become complaints and resolving them with independence and "calm authority."

Administrative & Collaboration:

  • Coordinating with all resort departments (Kitchen, Wellness, Maintenance) to fulfill special guest requests and excursions.

  • Entering detailed VIP notes and guest insights into the CRM tool.

  • Supporting other resort departments during periods when the villas are not occupied.


What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in 5* properties. Previous experience with UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) clients is a significant plus.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and CRM software, alongside advanced MS Office skills.

  • Hospitality Expertise: A blend of Front Office procedures and F&B service knowledge.

  • Core Competencies: Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Requirements: Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Fluent English is a must (2+ languages preferred). Valid Driver’s License.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work odd hours (nights/weekends) and occasionally travel or accompany guests on boat transfers.
