For the upcoming season, we are looking for Wellness Therapist / Receptionist to join our team. This is a hybrid role designed for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on therapeutic work with guest-facing reception responsibilities.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Deliver high-quality wellness and spa treatments (massage, facials, body treatments, and other therapies based on certification and experience)
• Conduct professional consultations and tailor treatments to individual guest needs
• Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment room standards
• Educate guests on treatments, wellness benefits, and follow-up care
• Keep accurate guest treatment records
• Stay informed about wellness trends, techniques, and products
• Collaborate with the wellness team to create a calm, professional, and welcoming environment
• Welcome, acknowledge, and assist all guests entering or contacting the wellness area
• Book, modify, and manage wellness appointments accurately
• Explain treatments, services, facilities, packages, and promotions clearly and confidently
• Promote and upsell treatments, wellness programs, and retail products
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Use wellness booking systems and basic office tools efficiently
• Support daily spa opening and closing

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experience and certification in massage therapy is required; additional wellness therapy experience and certifications (facial, body treatments, yoga, sound healing, fitness, or related disciplines) are considered a strong advantage.
• Some experience in reception or wellness administration, booking systems, or guest communication
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small wellness environment
• Professional, organized, independent in work, proactive
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (booking software, Word, Excel)
