The Dining Room Busser plays an important supporting role in creating a seamless and highly personalized dining experience for Twin Farms guests. Working closely with servers, Dining leadership, and the Culinary team, the Busser helps maintain the pace, cleanliness,organization, and presentation of the Dining Room throughout service. This position requires strong attention to detail, awareness of guest needs, and a willingness to step in wherever needed to support the team.
At Twin Farms, support positions are an active part of the guest experience. The ideal candidate is polished, attentive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Essential Functions
- Prepare the Dining Room and service areas before each meal period, including table settings, linens, glassware, silverware, and other service items.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations throughout service.
- Clear and reset tables promptly and discreetly while maintaining the flow and atmosphere of the dining experience.
- Assist servers with water service, bread service, food running, clearing, and other guest needs as directed.
- Anticipate when tables or service areas need attention without waiting to be asked.
- Support the timely delivery of food and beverages while helping ensure items reach the correct guest.
- Communicate clearly with servers and Dining leadership regarding guest needs, pacing, dietary considerations, and service priorities.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the Dining Room and back-of-house service areas.
- Polish and organize glassware, silverware, plateware, and other dining equipment.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for private dining, special events, culinary experiences, and other Food & Beverage programming.
- Support in-room dining and other dining operations as needed.
- Handle guest belongings, tableware, and service equipment carefully and professionally.
- Maintain a calm, polished, and attentive presence during busy or complex service periods.
- Assist the Dining team wherever needed to ensure seamless service.

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required; we are willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, carry trays, and lift approximately 30–40 pounds as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other periods of high guest demand.
- Schedule flexibility is required based on business needs.
