Arnolfo is a two-Michelin-star restaurant based in Colle di Val d'Elsa (Siena), a member of Relais & Châteaux, offering a contemporary take on traditional cuisine, deeply rooted in the Tuscan territory. We are looking for a Commis Waiter to join our team.
You will support the dining room team, contributing to the organisation and flow of service. You will be responsible for setting up and clearing the mise en place, with close attention to detail, ensuring everything is always ready to welcome our guests.
You will greet guests and look after them throughout their experience at the table, offering attentive and warm service. You will work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team, helping to create a smooth, well-coordinated service.

We are looking for someone curious, precise and detail-oriented, with a natural aptitude for guest interaction and a good command of English. Team spirit is essential: the ability to work well with colleagues and help create a positive working environment. Experience is welcome, but above all we value attitude and a genuine desire to learn and take on new challenges.
