We’re looking for a charismatic, attentive, and professional Senior Waiter to join the SOURCE front‑of‑house team. As the face of the restaurant, you’ll deliver exceptional service with warmth, confidence, and precision, guiding guests through a refined, ingredient‑focused journey. You’ll bring personality, poise, and a genuine passion for hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and delighted throughout their dining experience.

🍽️ Your Role as Senior Waiter:

• Welcomes guests with warm, genuine hospitality and a professional, confident presence that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. 

• Leads the section with confidence, grace, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistently high standards in a luxury dining environment. 

• Provides seamless, warm, and personalised service that elevates the guest journey and supports exceptional restaurant satisfaction. 

• Works closely with the kitchen, sommeliers, and front‑of‑house colleagues to create memorable, guest‑focused moments throughout service. 

• Maintains impeccable standards of presentation, etiquette, and brand‑aligned behaviour at all times. 

• Contributes to a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and genuine care across the food and beverage team. 

• Upholds the highest standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and luxury hospitality service.

• Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.

• Deep understanding of food, wine, and service protocol.

Salary: £27,248 – £28,704 per year

Gratuities: £351 – £526 per month (average)
