We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Pastry Chefto join us at the 5*Cashel Palace Hotel.

Role Requirements

- Culinary qualification

- At least 1 year experience in the pastry section of a 5-star hotel or Michelin recommended restaurant preferable.
- Have a desire to progress in the role.
- Have a strong understanding of baking.
- To be creative in relation to recipes, dishes, and menus.
- To be versatile and willing to learn.
